Website hosting and domain registration assistance (if applicable)
The specific scope of services will be detailed in a separate agreement or proposal between you ("Client") and us.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the timely completion of your project, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information related to your project.
Respond to our inquiries in a timely manner.
Ensure that you have all necessary rights to the content you provide, including text, images, logos, and trademarks.
Keep us updated with any changes in your project’s scope, timelines, or goals.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
Fees: Payment terms and fees will be outlined in the proposal or contract you sign with us. Unless otherwise agreed, all fees are due upon completion of the project or in agreed-upon installments.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [Insert percentage, e.g., 50%] may be required to begin work.
Late Payments: If any payment is overdue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the services until payment is made in full.

4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the final design, code, and content of the website (subject to any third-party licenses or restrictions). However, we retain ownership of any proprietary tools, code libraries, or frameworks we create or use during the design and development process.
License for Use: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for your business purposes, as outlined in the scope of work. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our work is prohibited.
5. Project Timelines
We will provide an estimated project timeline at the start of your project. While we will make every effort to meet deadlines, timelines are subject to change due to the complexity of the project, delays in receiving information or approvals from you, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If there are delays caused by the client, the project timeline may be extended, and additional charges may apply.
6. Client Review and Approval
Upon completion of the website design, you will have an opportunity to review and request changes. We offer a specific number of revisions (typically [Insert number, e.g., 2-3] rounds of revisions) as part of the agreed-upon scope. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.
You will be asked to provide written or verbal approval when the project is complete and ready for launch. Once approval is given, the project is considered complete.

If we provide hosting or ongoing maintenance services, these will be governed by a separate agreement. If you choose to host the website with a third-party provider, we are not responsible for any issues related to their service.
For ongoing maintenance, the client agrees to a maintenance agreement, or we will charge an hourly rate for any updates or changes required after the project is completed.
8. Third-Party Services and Content
Our services may involve third-party software, plugins, or APIs (e.g., payment gateways, analytics tools, etc.). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of these third-party services. Any third-party software or tools that we recommend or use on your behalf are subject to their respective terms of service.
9. Limitations of Liability
We will make every effort to deliver high-quality work and to resolve any issues you encounter, but we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or immune to downtime. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific services rendered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the website or services.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement and fails to remedy the breach within [Insert number of days, e.g., 10 days] after being notified.
In the event of termination:
You will be responsible for any fees for work completed up to the point of termination.
